CREATIVE BRIEF
We speak about your needs, wishes, brand's identity and target audience. Based on that I will find creative ideas adapted to your unique brand. First comes the creation of a moodboard with visual references for our project. This will help you visualize the final images and outcome of the shooting.
PLANNING
I help with finding and selection of models, locations, technical equipment, and additional services if needed. I develop a shooting plan, displaying all the timings and process of the shooting day, coordination of models and make-up Artist.
SHOOTING & POST-PRODUCTION
The day where we will make our ideas come to life and create the content we planned accordingly to our moodboard and shooting plan.
After our shooting you will get a pre-selection link to choose the final pictures. I will edit and retouch them, as well as deliver them in the required format.

There is no need to decide on the amount of pictures before the shooting, you can review the pictures after the shooting and only take as many as you wish! Detailed packages below.

After the final selection, the pictures will be fully color corrected and professionally retouched to ensure that all images meet the highest standards. They are delivered optimized for web and print use. In case you have specific requirements, please let me know.
ADDITIONAL VIDEO CONTENT
Video content is a great opportunity for advertising on different platforms and showing your clients the true fit of your products.
We can happily create some additional video content for you: reels for Instagram, a brand video for your homepage or some behind the scenes content. The videos are filmed with a professional camera and edited to the music of your choice and need.

By purchasing "advertising usage rights" you are allowed to use the images for paid promotions on online platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and similar. This fee covers the additional reach and impact of paid ads to promote your business with the photos, ensuring that the images retain their value and are used as intended.

All images taken with a professional camera are stored in RAW format, which requires editing to bring out color and definition. From there, each image is carefully retouched in Photoshop, removing distracting elements and refining details to create a high-quality result.
This process is time-consuming—taking up to 1.5 hours per image—and requires expertise, years of practice & skills to achieve the best results. The retouching fee does not only cover the time but also the knowledge and attention to detail needed to deliver images that meet the highest standards and your specific needs.
However, these rights do not cover using the images in paid ads on social media or web platforms, nor in newspapers or on billboards. For these types of advertising, additional advertising usage rights would be required.
When you use images for paid advertising on social platforms like Instagram or Facebook or in print magazines, they’re promoted to a larger audience beyond your usual followers. Paying for advertising usage rights covers this additional exposure and allows you to legally use the photos to promote your business in this extended capacity. This fee covers the additional reach and impact of paid promotions, ensuring that the images retain their value and are used appropriately.
